LAUREN MULWITZ, MS 

Lauren is a biomechanics professional, whom applies her education as well as racing background during the fitting. She received a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology with a major in 'Neural Coordination', and a Masters of Science in 'Biomechanics' from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Lauren also worked for several years in biomechanics research at the University of Southern California, where her research included motion capture and yoga biomechanics, the effects of yoga and cycling on balance, and neural coordination of balance in the elderly.

While continuing her biomechanics research and bike fitting training, Lauren competed professionally in triathlon and mountain bike racing. Focusing on mountain bike racing in early 2012, she won a National MTB XC championship in 2016, and 7 state championships between road and MTB. 

​

Since becoming a bike fitter, she has helped many people become faster and more efficient on their bikes, while working to prevent injury. She also works closely with athletes of all abilities to make sure that they have the right tools and knowledge to meet their goals.
